The OPEC Fund launched a climate finance compact aimed at expanding affordable long-term funding for climate-vulnerable economies. It also unveiled a US$1.5 billion Digital Transformation Action Plan to support digital infrastructure, systems, capabilities, and applications in developing countries through 2030. The forum produced more than US$2.8 billion in new financing, partnerships, and development programs across areas such as resilience, trade finance, SMEs, and critical infrastructure. The organization also signed its first local currency loan in Azerbaijan and expanded cooperation with partners on digital transformation, health, food security, and climate action.
