PAREXEL International Announces Acquisition Of ClinIntel, Extending Leadership In Randomization And Trial Supply Management

PAREXEL International acquired ClinIntel to expand its leadership in randomization and trial supply management. The deal adds ClinIntel's RTSM capabilities to PAREXEL's ClinPhone suite and Perceptive MyTrials platform. PAREXEL says the combined offering should improve planning, forecasting, eLogistics, and study start-up speed for clinical trials. The company funded the purchase with existing cash and does not expect the deal to materially affect fiscal 2015 results.
