RadView Software, a Burlington-based provider of software for managing web-based business applications, has raised $1.5 million in a private placement of stock and convertible debt, led by Fortissimo Capital Fund. Under the agreement, the investors will also have the right to make additional investments of up to $2.25 million through early 2008.
