Fresh money to scale Rflect’s infrastructure

Rflect has raised close to CHF 1 million in seed funding to expand its infrastructure and support growth. The Zurich-based EdTech company already serves more than 40 universities and has seen strong demand as higher education looks for ways to strengthen human skills in an AI-heavy environment. The platform helps students reflect, set learning goals, and build evidence of skill development over time, and it now extends into assessment, accreditation, and retention use cases. Rflect also plans to test applications beyond universities through corporate pilots and a Swiss cantonal gymnasium project. The company expects continued revenue growth and has already built international traction across several European markets.
