Arrcus and TELUS are working on a proof-of-concept to use Arrcus Inference Network Fabric as the foundation for sovereign, distributed AI inferencing across Canada. The project targets secure, low-latency delivery for public safety, emergency response, enterprise, and government use cases while keeping sensitive data within Canadian borders. Arrcus positions the solution as policy-aware networking that can steer AI traffic based on latency, sovereignty, model, and capacity rules. The setup also integrates NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPUs, Spectrum-4 switches, and Dynamo to support secure, distributed inference at national scale.
