Salute has partnered with UHP to build a training pipeline that prepares military veterans for data center and digital infrastructure careers. The multi-year, multi-million-dollar program aims to recruit 10,000 veterans and other candidates with technical or trade experience. Salute will use the partnership to strengthen its long-term talent strategy and support the growing demand for skilled workers across AI, cloud, and mission-critical facilities. UHP will design and run a tailored training program in Arkansas aligned to Salute’s technical needs.
