AdventHealth Carrollwood expansion to add patient tower, increase beds and surgical services

AdventHealth Carrollwood is expanding its campus with a new six-story patient tower, more beds, and additional surgical and specialty care capacity. The project adds expanded pre-op and recovery areas, a new cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab, a parking garage, and flexible space for future services. Construction will start soon, and the parking garage should open before the tower, which is slated to welcome patients in 2029. The expansion aims to keep more complex care close to home as demand rises across the Tampa Bay area.
