PF Olsen and Forest360 merge to form Stand Forestry

PF Olsen and Forest360 have merged to form Stand Forestry, creating New Zealand’s biggest independent forestry manager. The combined business brings together more than 200 staff, 480,000 hectares under management, and over 1,000 clients across New Zealand and Australia. Backing from Adamantem Capital’s Environmental Opportunities Fund and Quayside Holdings helped support the transaction. Stand Forestry also plans to expand its carbon consulting business and its new carbon joint venture model for farmers and landowners.
