Historic Hip-Hop/R&B Label Uptown Records Relaunches, Danielle Price Sanders Named President

Uptown Records is relaunching under the REPUBLIC Collective umbrella after four decades of music industry history. Danielle Price Sanders will lead the label as president and also serve as executive VP of REPUBLIC Collective. Natina Nimene will support the relaunch as executive VP of urban audience and artist relations. The revived label is building a roster that includes G Herbo, Yung Miami, Trap Dickey, and producer ATL Jacob, with more music expected later in 2026.
