Incubeta has agreed to acquire XPON’s Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform business, Datisan. The deal expands Incubeta’s Google stack capabilities and adds a specialist team with enterprise APAC experience. It also strengthens Incubeta’s offering in data, cloud, measurement, and media activation for marketing clients. XPON says the divestment will free capital for investment in its Wondaris AI Marketing Platform and future AI-focused M&A.
