Opendock Launches Driver ID Validation and Digital BOL Signing for End-to-End Warehouse Gate Operations

Opendock has launched Driver ID Validation and Digital BOL Signing for its Gate Management product. Driver ID Validation adds real-time identity checks at check-in, with configurable rules, multi-country ID support, optional facial recognition, and an audit trail. Digital BOL Signing lets drivers sign bills of lading at checkout on a tablet or mobile device, then sends the signed document by email or SMS and stores it with the appointment. The two features create a more secure, touchless gate workflow and are already available to customers. Opendock also notes that the digital BOL workflow can integrate with a WMS through API and webhook connections.
