Chinese Embodied AI, Robotics Developer GigaAI Raises USD518 Million Over Three Months

GigaAI raised CNY3.5 billion, or about USD518 million, over three months to expand its embodied AI and robotics business. The company completed a Series B2 round and also secured earlier pre-Series B and Series B1 financing, pushing its valuation above CNY10 billion. It plans to invest the money in data systems, algorithm development, its physical AGI foundation model, and robot product scaling for home and industrial use. GigaAI already has home and industrial robots in market and has started landing deployment agreements with manufacturing partners.
