BioAge Labs has dosed the first participant in QUELL-CV, a Phase 2 proof-of-concept trial for BGE-102. The study will test three once-daily oral doses in about 160 adults with obesity, elevated inflammation, and cardiovascular risk factors. The main endpoint is the change in hsCRP, and the trial is designed to support dose selection for Phase 3. Topline data is expected in the second half of 2026, and BioAge also plans to start a separate diabetic macular edema study in mid-2026.
