Fallout creators surprise with new survival game - Demo delights Steam players

NEARstudios has introduced Hawthorn, a new survival game from a team of veterans with experience at Bethesda, BioWare, and Naughty Dog. The game centers on building and managing a village in a corrupted fantasy valley while dealing with resource gathering, seasons, weather, and cooperative play. A proof-of-concept demo is now available on Steam, giving players an early look at the gameplay. The studio has not announced a release date yet, but the demo is already receiving strong positive feedback from players.
