Egypt: HDP, TULUA pen agreement with Radisson Blu for hotel development at The Island project

HDP, TULUA Developments, and Radisson Blu signed an agreement to develop and operate a hotel at Blu Stays, the final phase of The Island project on Egypt’s North Coast. The hotel will have 175 rooms and sit inside a broader mixed-use development that combines hospitality and residential units. The project is already well advanced, with concrete works reportedly more than 95% complete. HDP expects the wider development to be delivered in 2028, while Blu Stays is scheduled for delivery within three to five years.
