Caribou Biosciences Reports Dose Escalation Durability Data for CB-011 at the 2026 European Hematology Association (EHA) Annual Meeting

Caribou Biosciences shared longer follow-up data from its CaMMouflage phase 1 trial of CB-011 at the 2026 EHA Annual Meeting. The company reported deep and durable responses in heavily pretreated BCMA-naive patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, including an 83% complete response rate and 91% MRD negativity.
