Trace3, Inc., an Irvine, CA-based digital transformation and IT solutions provider, received a strategic investment from an affiliate of H.I.G.The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow operations, expand the service to clients, and hire new people.Led by Tyler Beecher, Chief Executive Officer, Trace3 provides digital transformation and IT solutions to medium- and large-sized enterprise clients.Trace3 employs over 250 engineers in in Irvine, California, and additional offices in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego, Boise, Salt Lake City, Denver, Phoenix and New Jersey.Following the deal, Hayes Drumwright, who founded Trace3 in 2002, will continue to serve on the board of directors and will remain a significant shareholder in the company.
