European Investment Fund (EIF) and the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) signed additional commitments of €500m to the ERP-EIF Dachfonds.Theand thesigned additional commitments of €500m to the Established in 2004 by BMWi and EIF, the ERP-EIF Dachfonds has invested in 16 venture capital funds focusing on high-tech and innovative companies in Germany in their early and development stages.With this capital increase, the ERP-EIF Dachfonds will continue its active investment period for another 5 years.Since inception, The fund has invested and actively supported 5 emerging managers.It has also proven to be highly attractive, having leveraged commitments of about €1,6bn of mainly private investors in the 16 funds.
