Jade reports interim Phase I results of JADE101 for IgAN

Jade Biosciences released interim Phase I results for JADE101, its investigational anti-APRIL monoclonal antibody for IgA nephropathy. The study tested single ascending subcutaneous doses in 32 healthy volunteers and showed around 70% mean IgA reduction at the 700mg dose, with effects sustained for 12 weeks. The drug was well tolerated across dose levels, and the company reported no serious adverse events, discontinuations, or hypogammaglobulinaemia cases. Jade now continues the JUNIPER Phase II trial in IgAN and plans to start Phase III in the first half of 2027.
