CSIR, Tshwane debut municipal dashboard

CSIR and the City of Tshwane have built an integrated intelligence dashboard for municipal operations. The platform brings together reporting data from multiple departments into one view so officials can monitor service requests, response times, and planned activities in real time. The city has already started using the dashboard in its reporting processes, and the system is hosted inside CSIR’s network to reduce cyber risk. CSIR says it can extend the solution to other metros and government departments in South Africa.
