Women in Technology Program boosts female projects in deep techs

The Program Mulheres na Tecnologia has started training activities to strengthen women’s leadership in science, technology, and innovation projects in deep tech. The initiative is run by CTI-Tec at CTI Renato Archer in Campinas with support from Fundepag and several ecosystem partners. Participants receive technical training, business guidance, mentoring, and access to market and investor preparation before ten projects move into an acceleration phase in CTI labs between July and September. The program aims to help researchers and entrepreneurs turn ideas into investable solutions and expand women’s participation in strategic technology roles.
