RE/MAX Shoreline solidifies partnership with Topsham collaborator

RE/MAX Shoreline finalized a partnership with RE/MAX Riverside in Topsham and will operate the combined office as Riverside Group, RE/MAX Shoreline. The deal keeps Sue Spann, Don Spann, their team of more than 20 agents, and the Topsham location in place to serve midcoast clients. Shoreline expands to four offices across southern Maine, midcoast Maine, and seacoast New Hampshire. The partnership also gives Riverside access to Shoreline’s shared marketing, finance, technology, and coaching systems.
