Twitch announced Dual Format broadcasts, a new beta feature that lets creators stream in vertical and horizontal formats at the same time. The update targets mobile viewers with a vertical feed while keeping the traditional horizontal view for desktop users. Twitch also said it will add server-side transcoding support for Partners and many Affiliates to help reduce the strain on creator systems. Alongside Dual Format, Twitch introduced Mythic Train support, Auto Clips beta, and a new 2027 location for TwitchCon Europe.
