Walmart: Store-fulfilled deliveries getting faster

Walmart says its store-fulfilled deliveries are getting faster, with more than 36% of store deliveries arriving in three hours or less in Q1. The company says faster shipping is driving stronger customer engagement and record-high satisfaction. Walmart is also scaling sub-hour delivery options, drone deliveries, and same-day or next-day fulfillment through Walmart Fulfillment Services. The retailer plans to expand drone coverage with Wing to more than 270 store locations by 2027.
