Cognosec has acquired 100% of South African distributor Intact Software Distribution for EUR506,000. The deal expands Cognosec's reach across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East and supports its strategy to sell and distribute software technologies online. Intact brings a portfolio of cybersecurity vendors, including Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, F-Secure, Group-IB, and Veriato. Cognosec also expects the acquisition to strengthen its go-to-market capabilities, sales capacity, and partner network. The combined business aims to grow in EMEA and serve more security customers with a broader product set.
