Neuronoff Implants First Patient in DOD-Funded Trial of Injectrode® for Neurogenic Bladder in Spinal Cord Injury

Neuronoff announced the first patient implant in a DOD-funded clinical trial of its Injectrode platform for neurogenic bladder in spinal cord injury patients. The study will test safety, stimulation accuracy, feasibility, and patient and physician acceptability across 21 participants at UT Health Houston. The company says the device can be placed through a needle in an outpatient setting, which may reduce the surgical burden of neuromodulation therapy. Trial results will support FDA pre-submission discussions and help shape a later pivotal study for a 510(k) de novo pathway.
