Cure.fit acquires health company Seraniti

Cure.fit acquired Bengaluru-based mental health platform Seraniti to strengthen its Mind.fit vertical. The deal brings Seraniti’s 15 therapists and about 8,000 customers into Cure.fit’s network. Cure.fit now expects its mental wellness business to expand to more than 70 centres. The company said it had already invested in Seraniti in 2016 and had previously integrated a1000 yoga into the same vertical. This move signals continued consolidation in Cure.fit’s mental wellness stack as it tries to scale the business faster.
