Lundbeck announced positive Phase IIb results for bocunebart, an investigational anti-PACAP monoclonal antibody for migraine prevention. The intravenous arm of the PROCEED trial met its primary endpoint and showed a statistically significant reduction in monthly migraine days versus placebo. Lundbeck said the drug was generally well tolerated and no new safety signals emerged.
