SmartProperty launched Atlas, a new reserve study intelligence engine for community associations. The platform uses two decades of reserve study data, AI agents, and a proprietary replacement intelligence model to improve capital planning, funding confidence, and cost transparency. It helps HOA boards, property managers, reserve analysts, and financial stakeholders evaluate replacement costs, funding tradeoffs, and special assessment risk. SmartProperty is demonstrating the product at the CAI Annual Conference and positioning it as a trust layer for defensible reserve studies.
