Claverley acquires Cubiquity

Claverley Group has completed its purchase of creative design and print procurement agency Cubiquity. Cubiquity will keep operating from its Surrey base and its senior management team will continue under joint CEOs Kevin Rowland and Shane Inger. The deal is intended to support Cubiquity’s growth and strengthen its integrated design, print, and digital services. Claverley also highlighted the opportunity to improve speed-to-market and customer value for Cubiquity’s clients. The announcement follows Claverley’s earlier majority investment in Kennedy Enterprises Ltd.
