CableCom acquires utilities payment business Glide

CableCom has acquired Glide to expand its services in the student and shared housing market. The combined business will cover more than 300,000 student homes and broaden CableCom’s footprint in the UK. Glide’s multi-tenant billing model will now run alongside CableCom’s broadband network and infrastructure, giving landlords better visibility into utility usage and debt collection. The deal also strengthens CableCom’s service offering by adding utilities management to its connectivity business.
