ProstACT Global Phase 3 (Part 1) Data Presented in Late-Breaking Oral Session at ASCO 2026

▤ Summary

Telix presented Part 1 data from its Phase 3 ProstACT Global study at ASCO 2026. The results show that TLX591-Tx has an acceptable safety and tolerability profile when combined with standard-of-care therapies for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The trial also showed encouraging dosimetry and pharmacokinetic results, with no new safety signals and no evidence of problematic drug-drug interactions. Telix has already started Part 2 of the study in approved jurisdictions and is working with the FDA to support U.S. progression through an IND amendment. The company says the findings support continued evaluation of TLX591-Tx as a potential new treatment option for mCRPC.
