IDEAYA Biosciences and Servier reported complete Phase 2/3 data from the OptimUM-02 trial for darovasertib plus crizotinib in first-line HLA*A2:01 negative metastatic uveal melanoma. The combination beat investigator’s choice therapy on progression-free survival, response rate, and disease control, while safety remained manageable. The companies said overall survival data are still immature, but early results trend in favor of the combination. IDEAYA also said it is advancing its NDA filing under the FDA RTOR program and expects to complete the submission in the second half of 2026.
