Evolutio and Fundación Inclusión y Apoyo Aprocor are developing the 4P+Accesible app to support the independence of people with intellectual disabilities. The project uses funds from a workplace equipment renewal program, where employees could obtain replaced devices in exchange for donations. Those funds will support app deployment, user training, support-network training, and the technology needed to run the service. The app lets users set goals, choose supports, track planning, and manage daily autonomy through an accessible interface. The initiative also turns corporate reuse and employee participation into a social-impact model.
