Vilnius-based firm Backoffice secures €150k for hospitality operations platform

Backoffice, a Vilnius-based software startup for hospitality operations, raised €150,000 from FIRSTPICK and Lost Astronaut to accelerate European expansion and product development. The company, founded in 2025 by Erikas Pakėnas and Denis Stech, consolidates scheduling, time tracking, payroll, documents, internal communication, and labour cost monitoring into one platform. The product is already live in more than 40 Lithuanian venues with roughly 500 active users, from Michelin-level restaurants to late-night bars. The new capital will fund scaling across Europe and further integration of core operational tools into a single system.
