Summary
Imperagen has appointed Guy Levy-Yurista, PhD, as chief executive following the completion of a £5 million seed funding round. The Manchester-based techbio company uses AI and quantum physics to engineer enzymes for industrial applications and aims to build a "Large Catalytic Model" for biocatalysis. Guy brings experience scaling AI, SaaS and life-sciences businesses, most recently leading Synthace through a SaaS commercial transformation and earlier holding senior roles at Sisense and MicroStrategy.
