DHL Supply Chain Fast-Tracks Global Automation with SVT Robotics “SOFTBOT” Platform

DHL Supply Chain has deployed SVT Robotics' SOFTBOT platform to speed integration of robotic technologies, claiming up to 12x faster deployments compared with bespoke coding. The tech-agnostic platform uses pre-built connectors to link DHL's WMS with varied automation hardware, enabling goods-to-person integrations in as little as three hours, zero-downtime upgrades, and largely self-sufficient implementations. SOFTBOT provides a unified multi-site dashboard for real-time monitoring, hybrid fleet orchestration, and standardized data access to accelerate AI and machine learning applications. The platform is live in 30 DHL sites today and DHL plans to expand it to more than 100 sites worldwide over the next three years.
