Redwood AI Announces Collaboration with Resilience Biosciences Inc. to Advance AI-Assisted Small-Molecule Drug Development

Redwood AI has entered a collaboration with Resilience Biosciences to apply its AI-driven computational chemistry platform to small-molecule drug discovery and development. The work will target systematic derivative generation, preliminary patentability and freedom-to-operate assessments, and retrosynthetic analysis to support discovery decisions. Redwood will co-develop a synthetic assistance workflow that combines in-silico synthesis planning with expert synthetic chemist review to help identify development- and IP-ready candidates. The partnership aims to accelerate early-stage discovery for Resilience’s non-opioid therapeutic programs by improving efficiency across chemical design, synthetic feasibility, and preparatory IP evaluation.
