LivAnywhere and Dazayo turn vacant Jeju homes into a “startup village”

A 숙박 플랫폼 company, 리브애니웨어, joined 다자요 in a government-backed 2026–2028 vacant-house regeneration project in Jeju to create 'Startup Village vol.1 조수리'. They will renovate 15 vacant homes: 리브애니웨어 will convert six into workation and short/long-term stay facilities while 다자요 handles content, promotion, reservation platform operations, and manuals. The three-year project has a 23억 원 (≈2.3 billion KRW) budget and will include shared amenities such as founder spaces, a café, shared office, and laundry. Both companies say they will apply platform capabilities and prior vacant-house regeneration know-how to build a sustainable rural stay and local hub model.
