Incyte and Genesis Molecular AI Expand Collaboration
Summary
Incyte and Genesis Molecular AI expanded a strategic collaboration to use Incyte’s proprietary experimental data to train and deploy Genesis’ GEMS foundation models to accelerate small-molecule drug discovery. Genesis will receive $120M in upfront consideration (an $80M cash payment plus a $40M equity purchase), recurring research funding, and is eligible for program milestone payments, royalties, and additional payments that could total billions if targets and sales milestones are met. The deal covers at least five initial collaboration targets with options for more, and gives Incyte exclusive rights to develop and commercialize collaboration products.
