Lunit Highlights AI-Powered IHC and Tumor Microenvironment Research at ASCO 2026
Summary
Lunit will present five studies at ASCO 2026 showcasing its AI biomarker platforms for integrated HER2/IHC quantification and spatial tumor microenvironment analysis. The research spans multiple cancer types and includes a Rapid Oral presentation on a HER2-positive biliary tract cancer trial that used AI whole-slide analysis to link HER2 IHC proportions with response rates and progression-free survival. Other studies use AI spatial profiling to reveal immune-cold phenotypes in HER2-overexpressing NSCLC, identify axitinib responders in adenoid cystic carcinoma via endothelial and TIL densities, and find TLS-associated benefit in MSS metastatic colorectal cancer. Lunit is promoting its Lunit SCOPE and clinically validated imaging solutions and will exhibit its platforms and collaborations at the meeting.
