HOSTAFRICA has acquired Web4Africa, an ICANN-accredited domain registrar and web host with operations in Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa. Web4Africa owns four data centres and serves thousands of customers—about 70% based in Nigeria—bringing significant infrastructure and a large client base to HOSTAFRICA. The deal gives HOSTAFRICA ICANN accreditation, strengthens its West African footprint, and is the company's third strategic acquisition this year. Both organisations commit to a smooth integration to preserve service continuity and expand hosting offerings across the continent.
