E&, Cyber Security Council, and Open Innovation AI launch the UAE Sovereign AI Platform for national-scale infrastructure

The UAE Cyber Security Council, e& UAE and Open Innovation AI launched the UAE Sovereign AI Platform to provide secure, nationally controlled AI infrastructure for sensitive and classified workloads. The platform supports generative AI, large language models, AI agents, GPU orchestration, model governance and secure inference within UAE-built infrastructure. It includes a Sovereign AI Security Framework to validate, govern and monitor models and workflows and targets national security, mission-critical operations, critical infrastructure and regulated government uses. The offering is available for onboarding immediately and was presented at ISNR 2026 in Abu Dhabi to accelerate secure AI adoption and sovereign digital capabilities.
