Incyte and Genesis Expand Molecular AI Collaboration to Accelerate Drug Discovery

Incyte expanded its strategic collaboration with Genesis Molecular AI to deploy and train Genesis’ GEMS molecular AI platform using Incyte’s proprietary experimental data. Genesis will receive $120 million upfront (an $80M cash payment and a $40M equity purchase) plus recurring research funding, and it can earn substantial milestone payments and royalties tied to development and sales.
