Cotality launches Broker Listing Exchange with KW, HomeServices

▤ Summary

Cotality launched Broker Listing Exchange (BLX) with Keller Williams and HomeServices of America as initial users. BLX centralizes listing entry, standardization, and syndication controls so brokerages can manage listings from pre-market through closing and choose which MLSs, portals and partners receive listings. The platform uses RESO standards, embedded business rules and Cotality’s CoreAI, and integrates natively with Matrix MLSs to reduce duplicate entry and enforce brokerage policies at point of data entry. Cotality positions BLX as a one-to-many gateway to preserve brokerage control, speed enterprise rollout for its large agent base, and expand integrations with other MLS vendors.
