Pillar Raises €12M To Modernise Construction Operations

Pillar raised €12M in a seed round led by Earlybird Venture Capital and Base10 Partners, bringing its total funding to €15.2M since launch. The company provides an AI-driven construction operations platform that automates back-office tasks—quote generation, margin tracking, invoice processing and project reporting—and integrates with accounting systems and WhatsApp site updates. Pillar has onboarded over 400 active clients, processed more than 460,000 invoices, supported 5,700 job sites and reached €1M ARR within months. The startup will use the capital to strengthen its position in Italy, expand across Europe and LATAM, accelerate product development (procurement, tender and subcontractor modules) and grow the team to scale adoption. Pillar aims to become a unified operating system for contractors, replacing fragmented manual workflows with real-time visibility and automation.
