Factorial acquires Yepcode to Power the Next Generation of AI-Driven HR Integrations

Factorial acquired YepCode to embed AI-powered integration infrastructure into its HR platform and accelerate agent-driven orchestration across fragmented enterprise stacks. YepCode’s sandboxed, dependency-managed platform will let Factorial and partners build, run, and scale connectors and automation workflows far faster, enabling agent-to-agent integrations and autonomous orchestration. The YepCode founding team joins Factorial, Marcos Muíño will be Engineering Director, and Factorial is opening an engineering hub in A Coruña, Galicia with plans to triple the local team in 2026. Factorial plans to enable partners to publish marketplace connectors using YepCode’s AI-assisted development and has already integrated with Microsoft Teams and Copilot as initial examples.
