Mind Robotics Announces $400M in New Funding to Expand Industrial Robotics Deployment
Summary
Mind Robotics raised $400 million in a financing round led by Kleiner Perkins to scale deployment of its AI-powered industrial robotics platform. The round brings total investment in the company to more than $1 billion and included participation from Meritech, Redpoint, SV Angel and existing investors such as Accel, Andreessen Horowitz, Bain Capital Ventures, and Greenoaks following recent seed and Series A financings. Mind builds a full-stack platform combining foundation models, purpose-built robotics hardware, and deployment infrastructure, and it partners with Rivian to train and deploy models in live, high-volume manufacturing. The company will use the capital to accelerate scaled deployments of dexterous, reasoning-intensive automation across manufacturing environments.
