Samsara launched Ground Intelligence, an AI-driven product that uses footage from cameras mounted in commercial trucks to detect potholes and other municipal infrastructure issues and track how they deteriorate over time. The company trained models on data from its large installed base of vehicle cameras and says it already has multiple cities under contract, including Chicago.
