Madlen is a Turkey-founded EdTech startup that digitizes teacher-student interaction with a unified, AI-driven platform and a suite of over 40 teacher-facing AI tools plus a Socratic AI tutor for students. The team built a custom, three-layer AI architecture on AWS to orchestrate models, maintain a pedagogy-aware data model, and coordinate specialized AI agents for lesson planning, assessment, and guidance. Since commercial launch in May 2025 Madlen exceeded $1M ARR, serves 16 school groups across 75+ campuses with over 50,000 students and 20,000 teachers, and reports more than 300,000 hours of teacher time saved. The company has received over $1M in investment, joined accelerator and founder programs, won industry awards, and plans to scale internationally with pilots in the UK and MENA and a forthcoming London HQ.
